Erikoissijoitusrahasto Aktia Toimitilakiinteistöt has acquired Logomon toimistot Oy i.e. a prime coworking office property from Hartela Länsi-Suomi Oy and City of Turku. Aventum acted as financial advisor to the sellers in transaction.
Logomon toimistot is a unique office property located in a developing area in the centre of Turku. The office property is a centre for creative economy and comprises Byrå and Konttori offices, Logi 3 premises and artist studios. Logomon toimistot is home for more than 90 companies and workplace for over 400 people. The occupancy rate of Byrå and Konttori is 100%.
Aventum executed a competitive sales process in which a wide range of domestic and international investors were contacted. Following the process, Logomon toimistot Oy was sold to Finnish property fund Erikoissijoitusrahasto Aktia Toimitilakiinteistöt for an undisclosed value. The transaction was signed and closed in January 2019.
