Aventum acted as the financial advisor to a group of private investors on the sale of a helicopter pilot training facility in the vicinity of Helsinki Airport.
The state-of-the-art facility completed in 2017 is fully let to Coptersafety Oy – one of the world’s leading helicopter pilot training organizations. The leasable area of the property totals 3,200 sq m and comprise a simulator hall and modern office premises. The unused building right on the site provides expansion potential of the training facility.
The property was sold to Finnish family company Conficap Oy as a result of an extensive sales process managed by Aventum. The transaction was signed and closed in January 2019. The purchase price was not disclosed.
